Price

Product

The product includes all policy considerations, decisions and actions that are directly related to the combination and variation of the characteristics of the product or service. These include notably the range planning, quality and service, but also packing, marking and product design and produktbegleitende services.

Two aspects of product innovations of particular importance: Deal offer width and depth. Companies that offer a wide range, are also known as generalists. The supply depth, however, describes the different types and variations of a particular offer.
